By accessing and using stxcel ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

stxcel is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate and automatically post financial education content to your TikTok account. The service operates on a subscription or usage-based model.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• You acknowledge that content posted through AI Content Studio must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is posted (if applicable)
• You must maintain a valid TikTok creator account in good standing

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all AI-generated content, is provided "as-is". You retain all rights to content posted to your TikTok account. However, you grant AI Content Studio a non-exclusive license to store and process content for service delivery purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI Content Studio is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of followers or engagement due to content quality
• TikTok account suspension or violations of TikTok's policies
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Third-party actions or TikTok algorithm changes

6. Content Guidelines

You agree that AI Content Studio will not be used to:

• Create misleading financial advice or investment recommendations
• Generate defamatory, harassing, or abusive content
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• Engage in spam or bulk posting that violates TikTok terms
• Promote illegal activities or financial scams

7. TikTok API Integration

Your use of AI Content Studio is subject to TikTok's Developer Agreement and Policy. You are solely responsible for compliance with TikTok's terms, including the Content Posting API agreement. We are not liable for account suspensions or API access revocation by TikTok.

8. Data Privacy

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any terms of this agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
