The stxcel platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by stxcel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
AI-generated content published to your TikTok account becomes your property once posted. You grant stxcel a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
stxcel is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, stxcel shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to stxcel in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm other users or the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain data only as required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
